2008 May 15, 2008: CAMPING SEASON STARTS Camp for 25% off until Memorial Day Weekend. May 16 - 20: WAKE UP THE BEARS / CLEAN UP WEEKEND The bears have been hibernating long enough, and we need to wake them up for our annual campground clean-up. Bring your work gloves and rakes and help us spruce up for the season. Camp Friday night, help us on Saturday, and camp Saturday night for FREE! May 23 - 26: MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND Pool opens for the season. Come kick off your summer with lots of activities all weekend long for all ages. Games, arts & crafts and more! Veterans get a 25% discount with military I.D. May 30 -June 1: GAME SHOW WEEKEND You watched them growing up; this weekend you'll play them yourself! Join us for WHEEL OF FORTUNE, PASSWORD, DEAL OR NO DEAL, FAMILY FEUD, SURVIVOR and more…all with a Jellystone twist. June 6 - 8: TROPICAL ISLAND WEEKEND w/CINDY BEAR™ Aloha, friends! Yogi Bear™ has invited CINDY BEAR to visit this weekend, and he wants to personally invite YOU to his tropical paradise full of leis, limbo, Hawaiian music, and an ice cream social. ($) June 13 - 15: FATHER'S DAY WEEKEND A weekend to honor DAD! Lots of fun activities planned for you and DAD, and the entire family. June 20 - 22: JUNIOR RANGER WEEKEND Great fun!!! Join us for a weekend filled with what it takes to be a Junior Ranger. Purchase your Junior Ranger package when you check in, and begin your training. Ranger Smith™ will present Junior Ranger badges at graduation on Sunday! June 27 - 29: BIRTHDAY BASH We're celebrating Yogi Bear's and Boo Boo Bear's™ birthdays! Arts & crafts, and a birthday party on Saturday with games, cake and ice cream. Fun for everyone! July 4 - 6: AMERICA'S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION WEEKEND Join Yogi Bear and Boo Boo in waving the Red, White and Blue, and having a grand old time celebrating our country's birthday. There will be special activities and crafts, plus great fireworks nearby. Join us! July 11 - 13: CHRISTMAS IN JULY Santa will be here with Yogi Bear and Boo Boo, so deck the RV, tent sites, etc…with boughs of holly, lights, etc…there will be a site decorating contest. Prizes and fun! Join us for a Christmas light parade, caroling and much more. (Parents, help Santa by putting a gift under the tree for your child.) July 18 - 20: DISCO FEVER WEEKEND Platforms, hotpants, bellbottoms, and disco music are all on tap for this weekend. Dig up a 70's outfit for the Disco Party and judging on Saturday night. Lots of fun and activities planned 70's style. July 25 - 27: PIRATES ADVENTURE WEEKEND Yo ho ho Mates! Climb aboard the Jellystone ship with Captain Yogi Bear and his crew for a thrilling voyage of fun, sun, and our Treasure Hunt! Pirate's games, crafts and a best dressed pirates contest add to the fun. August 1 - 3: JELLYSTONE IDOL WEEKEND Yogi Bear is looking for talented campers. What's your talent? Singing, dancing, poetry, etc… We will have a talent show for all ages. Join us for fun and prizes. August 8 - 10: CINDY BEAR'S VALENTINE WEEKEND "Love is in the air" this weekend! Cindy Bear comes to visit Yogi. Celebrate Valentines with your someone special at Jellystone Park. Crafts, fun and sweets for everyone! August 15 - 17: MYSTERY IN JELLYSTONE PARK WEEKEND There is something strange going on at Jellystone Park! Ranger Smith and Yogi Bear need your help to solve all the wacky mysteries. Games and crafts for all ages. Join us and help solve the campground mystery! August 22 - 24: THANKSGIVING WEEKEND Gobble! Gobble! Its Turkey Day here at Jellystone. Come play Bingo, make crafts, and join us on Saturday for a Thanksgiving Potluck dinner. (Bring a holiday dish to pass, and your own table settings) Prizes for the best dressed Pilgrims and Indians. August 29 - September 1: LABOR DAY WEEKEND This is the last weekend of the summer, and we're sending it off with a bang. Join Yogi Bear and Boo Boo with a fun-filled back to school weekend, including a "Back to School Dance" Saturday night. September 4 - 7: HALLOWEEN WEEKEND Join us for the best weekend yet! Bring lots of treats for the ghosts and goblins as they Trick -or- Treat through the campground. Pick your pumpkin and decorate it. Halloween Party at the Haunted Pavilion on Saturday night; judging for best costumes, and best decorated site. September 12 - 14: EASTER WEEKEND Yes, its Easter in September! A weekend full of Easter crafts and games, and our traditional Easter Egg hunts for kids AND adults. September 15 - 30:   Camping continues at 25% off regular season prices. Yogi Bear and Boo Boo will be hibernating, so there will be no planned activities. Reduced hours at Ranger Station.
